Five Star Rig and Supply is a comprehensive oilfield supply and equipment company. In addition to providing supplies and equipment, the company also manufactures a variety of oilfield equipment including Centrifugal Pumps, Wireline Machines, Bug Blowers, and FC-1000 and other 1000 HP Mud Pumps. The Company sells more than 300,000 SKUs through over 500 hundred vendors.
Oklahoma Rig Fabricators manufacturers and refurbishes complete drilling rigs, both SCR DC & VFD AC Drives from 1500 to 3000 HP. We do custom inspections and rig certifications as well as manufacture everything from pipe racks to complete mud pump packages and mud pit systems. During the past 8 years, the Company has built and/or refurbished 37 Oil Rigs to completion. At its height, the Company employed over 65 highly skilled and experienced personnel consisting of Engineers, Electricians, Mechanics and Fabricators/Welders.

665 Energy has been a leading industry expert in the drilling equipment sector since 1982. Founded by industry veteran Mike Marshall, the company started as a small supply store. Today, the company's subsidiaries cover the full range of equipment and supplies for the oilfield equipment. The Company is headquartered in a 60,000 sq/ft building on 35 acres in Oklahoma City. Our facilities includes our front office operations, welding shop, industrial paint booth and enough space build or refurbish up to 3 oil rigs at one time.

The company is led by Mr. Jason Clayton, the President, CEO, and majority owner at 665 Energy. He started in 1993 in the Accounting Department of 5 Star Rig and Supply and soon rose to become the Office Manager. In 1995 he moved to sales, focusing on parts and equipment for drilling rigs in Western Oklahoma and West Texas. In 2000 he become Sales Manager responsible for all inside and outside sales staff and ten years later assumed the additional role of Sales Manager for Oklahoma Rig Fabricators and started selling mud pumps, drilling equipment and drilling rigs. Jason graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a BBA in Business Administration and graduated from Oklahoma City University with an MBA. He will be elected as one of the directors of 10SION at date of our acquisition of Fluid End.
Mr. Jimmy Joslin is the Executive Vice President has been with the Company at its inception in 1984. Jimmy has worked in all areas of the company from shipping and receiving to warehouse management, manufacturing, sales, inventory control and administration. Jimmy is responsible for orders processing, inventory control, delivery, logistics and supervision of custom projects such as rig and rig equipment refurbishment, testing and certification as well as other general day to day duties.
Mr. Jim E. Frazier is the CFO and an executive with over 25 years of experience. Jim has served as Chief Financial Officer for several public companies over the last 20 years including companies on the OTC, OTC:BB, TSX and NASDAQ. Jim attended Fordham University and the New York Institute of Finance. He has a degree in Economics, a Masters in Finance, and is a certified internal auditor.
